This 2 day course includes a process overview and application of PRISM Project Manager Contract Management, and covers: administration setup, RFP, bid analysis and contract award, trends and change orders, contract tracking and reporting. The course is tailored to meet individual client needs.

This 3-5 day course includes an introduction, overview and the application of PRISM Project Manager Cost Management, and covers: earned value, project life cycle, importing estimates and schedules, establishing baselines, time-phased budgets, actual and accruals, change management, variance, forecasting, reporting and other required functions. The course is tailored to meet individual client needs.

This 1.5 day course includes a process overview and application of PRISM Project Manager Engineering Management, and covers: process introduction, process setup, documentation and tasks, progress and status, and document control process. The course is tailored to meet individual client needs.

This 2 day course includes a process overview and application of PRISM Project Manager Procurement Management, and covers: capital equipment setup, lists, requisitions, procurement setup, RFQ bid analysis and PO award, shipment, change ordering, invoice and payments, and material management process.
